Missed It

The folks at Casa Rosa were able to be around when a sea turtle came up on the beach in front of the house and laid her eggs. Karen, a friend of ours, took these photos of the process. Jose Luis lives up the street from Casa Rosa and he gathered the eggs and took them to the University of Guadalajara campus in Melaque where they incubate the eggs, hatch them and then make sure they are released. The photos tell the story very well.
